29 August 2023 – On one of the busiest days of the European summer holiday season a UK Air Traffic Control technical issue left many struggling to get home. With all airlines operating in the UK being affected and more than 500 flights cancelled there was a lot of anxiety for travellers and great demand to find solutions and support that would help them.
