  • First creative work from newly formed in-house team goes live

4 October 2022 – has a new brand identity that reflects the company’s unique position in the travel industry, bringing the innovative technology that was founded on into focus and differentiating the travel-tech provider from its competition. The creative work behind the new identity comes from the in-house creative team formed earlier this year.

Christophe Wechsler, Creative Lead, said: “ is not just another online travel agent and that’s because of the unique algorithm or code behind our travel technology, which is now visible in the brand identity. It’s because of our Kiwi-Code that customers can find unique flight options and prices that they can’t find anywhere else.

“Amongst other things, we have given a facelift to our product to align with our brand positioning and developed a new dedicated travel hacks page on our website that brings to life our USPs – We hack the system, you fly for less – using analogies and humour in a series of videos,” he added.

Alongside a rebranding of’s owned channels, the new identity is initially being introduced through social and digital advertising content channel  YouTube
Where people can learn about what makes the company unique, opening with a hero spot and followed by new posts every week.

Cooperation with influencers
Initially working with three influencers on Instagram and TikTok with each reflecting the different personas of the brand:
Digital Innovator – reflecting the tech heart of the company and able to explain how the product works
Disruptor – travel hacker who finds unique options that enable people to travel for less
Explorer – who looks for adventure and exploration when they travel

Paid Social & Digital Advertising
Lead generation campaigns running across Facebook and Instagram – in feed, stories, reels and starting on TikTok this week. A YouTube awareness pre-roll campaign is running using the Kiwi Code video.

Baldwin Prague supported the in-house creative team at on the production of the Travel Hacks videos. This initial introduction to the new brand identity will be followed with a larger investment and broader activation in key markets in Central Europe in the New Year.
