With the launch of an airline redirect option, Kiwi.com is addressing the issue of price transparency for consumers and disrupting the industry-standard online travel agent (OTA) model. Kiwi.com will bring customers the fullest range of competitive flight options with upfront transparent pricing, including the option to redirect to the airline if Kiwi.com cannot beat the airline’s price, challenging the usual behavior of OTAs.
Focusing on the customer experience and peace of mind, Kiwi.com is bringing the option for customers to pay a little more upfront and book that same airline fare on Kiwi.com with the new Kiwi.com Guarantee included, which is designed to address those known anxieties consumers face when booking flights.
Kiwi.com has enhanced its flagship product, the Kiwi.com Guarantee, to provide instant credits to customers, available immediately in the event of a flight cancellation from the moment they book. Customers will not have to wait for refunds to be returned or complete lengthy refund applications and will immediately be able to use the credits to book replacement flights with many airlines.
