Kiwi.com announces global commitment to improving the customer experience of air travelers
Grand Cayman — Leading travel technology company, Kiwi.com, has today announced the global launch of the Kiwi.com Guarantee at the Americas edition of CAPA’s Airline Leaders Summit series.
In line with Kiwi.com’s strategic focus on customer experience, the Kiwi.com Guarantee has been developed to address the known key anxieties of air travel consumers, which include the fear of disruptions or cancellations and whether they have all the documents and information they need .
Commenting on the launch, co-founder and CEO of Kiwi.com, Oliver Dlouhý, said: “We listened to our customers to understand what worries them the most when traveling, and used our technology to build a product that addresses those anxieties. Our goal was to build a product that complements the existing customer experience offered by airlines and the Kiwi.com Guarantee enhances airline offerings to deliver the best possible experience to our mutual customers across all airlines.”

The Kiwi.com Guarantee provides the option of instant credits to customers, available immediately in the event of a flight disruption or cancellation – from the moment they book. Customers will not have to wait for refunds to be returned and have the option of instant credit to book replacement flights. Additionally, as part of the Guarantee service Kiwi.com manages the check-in process on behalf of the customer, ensuring customers arrive at the airport ready to fly.
“We have taken the Kiwi.com Guarantee through a period of extensive trials in a number of key European markets and the results speak for themselves as we have seen impressive CSat (4 out of 5) and NPS (70) scores in those markets”, added Dlouhý.
