Company news adds TV advertising to its marketing for the first time in 10 year history

9 January 2023 – Following the introduction of a new brand identity in October last year, is turning the dial up on its marketing investment to match its growth ambitions, adding TV advertising to its marketing channels in its primary go-to-market countries – Czech Republic and Poland.  

The 15 second TV spots are being run to reach a predominantly younger audience of 25-35 year old travelers on channels such as the Discovery Channel, selected Prima Group TV stations, selected Óčko music channels, and Seznam TV, to name a few, in the Czech Republic and selected Polsat and TVN Thematic channels in Poland over a period of 8 weeks. The ad introduces ‘Kiwi-Code’, which brings to the forefront the capabilities of the company’s innovative algorithm that finds cheap prices and unique itineraries.

“Our brand identity is now a much better reflection of who we are as a company. We bring choice into the hands of the customer by providing options, or what we like to call our travel hacks, that save money or find routes that can’t be found elsewhere. This is all powered by our search technology, which we now refer to as our Kiwi-Code,” says Andrew Parker-Blagg,’s vice president of brand and communications.  

“We are on TV for the first time in the history of this month and it is a big part of our overall campaign, showing the level of ambition we have for the brand as part of our consumer go to market strategy,” he adds. 


Following the recovery of the travel industry proved by the ever growing numbers of bookings marked with a recent record of over 27 thousand daily bookings, are confidently strengthening their ‘go to market’ strategy. The TV advertising will complement’s existing social and digital advertising, which is also seeing increased investment, and wider consumer activations in key European markets. The company has partnered with TikTok and Instagram influencers and will be launching follow-up grassroot marketing activities throughout the year to bring the authentic experience directly to their target audience.
