Berlin Brandenburg Airport is destined to become one of the most important Virtual Hubs in Europe for self-connecting traffic.

The newly opened Berlin Brandenburg Airport is a modern and world-class airport with pleasant architecture and interiors made of materials that reflect the landscape and the nature of the region where the airport is situated. VIA BER is a new service customized for self-connecting passengers using Berlin Brandenburg Airport during their travels. VIA BER Smart Pass includes the possibility for passengers to receive assistance at VIA BER transfer desks available at all terminals if needed. The desks are equipped with a dedicated phone line directly connected to Kiwi.com Customer Support so they can answer passengers’ questions and provide alternative travel solutions in case of disruptions. Kiwi.com provides advance notice to the desk of upcoming passengers, allowing them to be ready and act proactively whenever needed.
