VIA BER is a new service customized for self-connecting passengers using Berlin Brandenburg Airport during their travels. Kiwi.com is proud to be chosen by the airport as the technological partner for building, launching, and promoting the transfer service through the Kiwi.com booking platform and marketing channels.
Thanks to VIA BER, self-connecting passengers booking their travel on Kiwi.com, and transferring at Berlin Brandenburg Airport, will receive a Smart Pass with their reservation, which includes a bundle of benefits to make the most of their transfer experience.
VIA BER Smart Pass includes the possibility for passengers to receive assistance at VIA BER transfer desks available at all terminals if needed. The desks are equipped with a dedicated phone line directly connected to Kiwi.com Customer Support so they can answer passengers’ questions and provide alternative travel solutions in case of disruptions. Kiwi.com provides advance notice to the desk of upcoming passengers, allowing them to be ready and act proactively whenever needed.
